Return Process

  Ensure your tea or teaware is in its original, unopened packaging and was purchased directly from our website within the last 30 days.

  Contact Customer Support

  Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return to our Millerton, NY facility using a trackable shipping method; once received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
